The?Team Management Profile provides insights into work preferences which can be used to build a customised framework for achieving high performance. Please be prepared to share your profile at the our next coaching session to facilitate your learning process. 

To do: 

1. Activate your TMS Global account 

You will soon receive an email from noreply@tms.global inviting you to create a TMS Global account. Please click on the link and enter the unique code provided to activate your account. (2 mins) 

Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see this email. 

2. Complete your Team Management Profile Questionnaire by [date]

You will see a profile questionnaire TASK on your account Dashboard. Click on the TASK to go to your questionnaire. (15 mins) 

Please complete your questionnaire on a computer or the TMS Global app (App Store or Google Play).
Please do not use the web browser of a smartphone or tablet as your Profile will be incorrect. 

3. Preparation for your coaching session

From your Team Management Profile page on TMS Global: 

1. Download and read your Team Management Profile report. (30 mins) 
2. Download the Personal Discovery Workbook (TMP) and complete page 15. (15 mins). 
3. Download and complete the My TMP in 3-2-1 worksheet. (15 mins)
