As a coach, I work with both individuals and teams.
I am a great believer in this simple formula:
Performance = Potential – Interference
Fundamentally, all individuals and teams have huge potential. They don’t always realize it – but they do.
If you are not reaching that potential, it is because something is getting in the way. We call that interference.
If you don’t feel that you or your team are achieving your full potential, it is probably due to some forms of interference.
Maybe you know the cause, but often it is a question of a blind spot.
In either case, you are stuck until we can get whatever it is out of the way.
Let’s set up a space to do some thinking.

I will hold the space – you will be able to think for yourself. We all have huge potential. If we are not living up to it something is getting in the way. Let’s work on that.

Helpful Conversations
Stuck in a rut and not sure how to get out?
A “Helpful Conversation” might be all that you need to unblock the situation.
My single-session coaching option is ideal for those who need a quick, focused conversation to address a specific issue or concern. It can help you gain clarity and perspective, and develop a plan of action to move forward.
During our conversation, we will work together to identify the root cause of your challenge and explore different solutions and strategies to help you move forward. We will also discuss any potential obstacles or roadblocks that may arise and come up with a plan to overcome them.
I understand it may feel daunting to book a call like this without knowing if it ‘works’.
So here is the deal. If it is not helpful you don’t need to pay me. On the other hand, if you do find our time spent together helpful I will invoice you € 175 for the session.

Personal Development
My 12 week program is designed to help you identify the areas of personal development and growth you want to focus on, whether it’s a specific skill or behavior you want to improve or a broader goal you want to achieve. I will work with you to clarify your values and priorities, ensuring that your coaching goals are aligned with your overall vision for your life.
We will set clear, specific goals for the coaching process, which will be measurable and achievable. These goals will be broken down into smaller steps that you can take to make progress. Together, we will develop a plan for achieving these goals, which will include a timeline, action steps, and strategies for overcoming any challenges and obstacles that may arise.
Throughout the program, you will have regular coaching sessions with me, which will be structured and focused. These sessions will provide you with the opportunity to reflect on your progress, discuss any challenges, and make plans for the next steps in your journey.
I will provide support and accountability as you work towards your goals, offering encouragement, providing feedback, and holding you accountable for taking action and making progress.
I will will encourage you to take risks and step outside of your comfort zone by challenging you to try new things, take on new challenges, and learn from your experiences.

Join me on the balcony
There are times when it really helps to get completely off the dance floor and up onto the balcony.
Give yourself a break. Join me in Marseille for 2 or 3 days. I recommend the Hotel Mercur Bompard it is set in a lovely garden in a peaceful residential area – 5 min from my home. You can walk down to the beach for a swim or use their pool if you prefer.
We will have morning and afternoon sessions – in the garden when we can – as well as time for restorative walks in nature – my favourite area is Les Calanques. This being Marseille , a good meal or two can be expected as well.
You will return home rejuvenated with clarity and fresh perspectives.
