Large audience presentations are fantastic for setting the scene and/or creating a common ground for further work. They can be used to light a ‘fire’ in the audience, establish the famous burning platform or less dramatically, establish the “why’ for the next step in the change process, the what and the how. And as Nietzsche famously wrote “He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how.”
