The Three Essential Leadership Instruments
As a leader, you know all about the work that gets done on your team – that is probably why you are the team leader.
But knowing the job does not guarantee followership – and as you may already know, a leader without followers is just a guy out for a walk. So how do we achieve followership? There are three essential instruments you need to master.
