Come for the food, stay for the entertainment

Quick table turns may be the way to high revenues in some restaurant-and-foodservice-industry segments, but certain venues are expanding their in-house entertainment options to get customers to stick around longer.

While video games have long been a staple of bars, a slew of new options are on the market that bring the experience to a new level, particularly tournament play. Games and merchandising are also finding their way into family restaurants, keeping children occupied and parents happy.
