Onboarding
Solid onboarding gets us off to the best possible start. It is also crucial in establishing a trusting relationship between team leader and coach.
Each employee assigned to the coaching program will receive a Team Management Profil, including a 1-hour debriefing with me.
That means:
- valuable feedback for the employee about their work preferences and ways of working on the team
- they get to know me upfront.
- I get to know them
Once onboarded each team leader has unlimited access to:
Coaching sessions
Issues can be one-off challenges that they would like to work on or they can choose to work on larger challenges such as personal performance, leadership, team relations etc over several sessions.
All they need to do is book a session on my calendar.

E-learning library
more than 20 hours of learning and development – great in combination with coaching.

It’s up to you.
You can make the program available to everyone, a small group, managers or a certain department.
All I need is a list of names and their emails and we are ready to go
You can cancel the coaching program for all participants with 30days notice to the end of a month – you just need to email me.
Can I withdraw people from the program ?
Yes you can withdraw individuals from the program with 30 days notice to the end of the month. – you just need to email me
Yes you can add people when you like They can the start at the begning of the calendar month – I will adjust you subscription fee accordingly.
New participants will go through the onboarding as every one else has
Is there a minimum amount of people needed?
No. Even if you just want to add one person you can do that.

What types of coaching will you offer?
Participants set their own goals and pace and can book as many sessions as they need in any given time period.
Issues can be one-off challenges that they would like to work on or they can choose to work on larger challenges such as personal performance, leadership, team relations etc over several sessions.
There will also be the option to set up peer learning/coaching in a triad format for those that are interested.
Whenever appropriate I like to use the GROW performance coaching format developed by John Whitmore
Credit card or bank transfer – what ever works best for you.
In either case I will issue an invoice.
Payment is due monthly at the start of each month.
