This is my version of the Service Profit Chain adapted from the original and slightly more academic approach. When i prefer to use this version is because it makes instant sense to busy manager in the service industry. It is crystal clear what drives what and highlights the 3 key moving parts: Customer Loyalty, Value and the Dream Team that drives both of these.
