What a day – 45 managers from TIVOLI got their heads down and went to work in action learning teams on this years sales and service training.

This year we tried a different approach – no top down lecture from senior management but action learning teams that set their own targets and decided on their own methods:” what would work best with my team.” Each department ended up with a step by step action plan for getting their team ready for the coming season – and the final plan was duly signed of by top managment when the day was over. Good fun – good learning.
